What is car brake caliper painting?

Powder coating of brake calipers is one of the rebuild your car's brake callipersby removing rust and giving them a visually new look.
Powder paint is particularly heat resistant, so the coating withstands brake operating temperatures and lasts for several seasons.
Restoring the wheel arches will also give your car an extra accent - especially the coloured tints, so they don't blend in with the wheel colour.

We paint both cast iron and aluminium calipers, as well as mixed kitswhich are found on some cars. We carry out the work with all clampsso that everything has the same tone.

What does painting brake calipers involve?

Brake caliper restoration with powder coating is carried out in several stages to achieve a smooth and durable finish:

Blasting
Old paint, rust or oxide and dirt are completely removed, preparing the metal for the new coating.
Priming
A special primer layer is applied, serving as a base for the powder coat. It ensures excellent adhesion and protects the metal from further corrosion or oxidation.
Powder coating
The selected color tone is applied in powder form and then heat-cured in a paint ovento create a heat-resistant and durable coating.
Clear coat (optional)
The clear coat provides a smooth surface and helps preserve the color tone for longer, forming an additional protective layer.

Colors can be chosen from a wide palette — from classic dark shades to bright accents.

Custom design and decals under clear coat

In addition, we offer individual design - under the clear coat we can apply sticker or logo. It can be a car brand badge, a name or any other design you choose. The sticker is applied before the paintwork to protect it from moisture, corrosion or oxidation.
We can design and create the stickers ourselves, or we can work with the client's materials, but it is important that the stickers are heat-resistant and made of high-quality film.

The pricing is for a selection of standard colors.
